Electric iron gates, private road that flows to the property with double covered garage and with enough space to park 3 more vehicles outdoors. The House consists of 4 bedrooms all of them en suite with private entrances and in front of the picturesque pool. Each bedroom is renovated and equipped, the hacienda style kitchen houses two kitchens, one wood and the other gas. It has 2 lounges and a dining room. Casa Nimor also has a vineyard with more than 500 mature vines for which you can take long walks. On the farm you can discover a rare typical jewel of Galicia. The house and its land are impressive and perfect for tourism in a rural area or just a getaway.

These Terms and Conditions clarify the obligations of the Owner with the Lessee, the obligations of the Lessee with the Owner, and in the very unlikely event of any dispute, will be used as the basis for any resolution. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions links a contract between the following two parties: The rental applicant (the tenant) and the owner of the property (the owner)

1. Members of the lease: All persons listed in the Rental Agreement or subsequently added by The Tenant will be subject to the terms of this agreement. The occupation of the property is restricted to the names listed in the Agreement or added later by the Lessee. The Rental Requester is considered the Principal Lessor and will assume full responsibility for all the Rental Group members throughout the rental period. The information or instructions related to this rental will be communicated only to the Rental Requester and not to any third party member of the Rental Group.

2. Payments: A reservation will be confirmed by the owner once the application has been approved and the initial or total payment has been processed. For reservations of a week or more, if the reservation is made 45 days or more before the rental begins, an initial rental deposit payment of [20%] of the rental fee will be due at the time of booking. If the reservation is made less than 45 days before the rental begins, or if the reservation is less than the duration of a full week, an initial rental deposit payment of [20%] of the rental fee will be due in the moment of the reservation. In case the owner does not accept a reservation, all fees paid will be refunded immediately. Any reservation made within 10 days of the start of the rental period must be paid in full by credit card through PayPal, certified check, bank transfer or money order at the time of booking. No reservation can begin without full verified payment. Once a reservation is received and accepted by the owner, the tenant is responsible for paying the balance of the rental fee before the occupation of the property. The non-payment on the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be lost.
3. Cancellation policy and change of a reservation: Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below: - If the rental period can be re-booked, it will be issued a reimbursement for the re-rented period or part of it, less a cancellation fee of [€ 50]. - If any part of the rental period can not be re-reserved, the Renter will lose all the money paid for that period. In the event that a refund has to be issued in favor of the guest, this will be done by bank transfer to the account number__________________________.

4. Occupation of the Property: Regardless of the maximum number of people that can lodge a property, the number of guests occupying the Property is strictly limited to those named in the Rental Agreement or any subsequent modification notified in writing to the Owner. The established and agreed occupancy figure includes all persons regardless of their age, day and night. Exceeding the number of people declared and agreed upon will result in immediate eviction without reimbursement, or a charge of € 100 per guest per night at the owner´s discretion.

5. Condition of the property: The Property will have been inspected before the occupation and therefore The Tenant agrees to: - Notify the Owner immediately regarding any damage and / or maintenance problems that require attention. - Maintain the property and all furniture, accessories and effects in or around the property in the same state of repair and condition found at the beginning of the Rental. - When a cleaning service is provided; The Tenant must follow the exit instructions provided by The Owner. - When a cleaning service is not provided; The Tenant must leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. If you do not do so to the Owner´s satisfaction, there will be a damage / cleaning charge at a cost of € 100.

6. Use of Telephone and Internet Services: In the event that a telephone is provided as part of the rental, the Lessee must collect all long distance telephone calls to a credit / telephone card or collect calls, unless instructed otherwise. When Internet services are provided, there may be download restrictions and a fee may be charged if they are exceeded. It is the responsibility of the Locator to verify the restrictions on an Internet device before starting any download.

7. Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited.

8. Other rules to take into account:

8.1. Music: If you put a music system after 10pm, make sure you do not listen from the outside so as not to disturb the neighbors. If there are other guests staying in the house, you should not play music if it is by mutual agreement, but never after 10pm.

8.2. Kitchen: After using the kitchen you will always have to clean, keep in mind that cleaning charges may apply (minimum € 25)

8.3. Barbecue: After using the barbecue, it will have to be cleaned and left in the same condition as it was found. At the base of the barbecue there are some plastic sheets so that the soil does not get dirty, these must be placed under the legs of the barbecue so that the fat and oil do not come in contact with the ground.

8.4. Living room with access to kitchen: The living room that has access to kitchen is of shared use within the following schedule; From 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM, this schedule can be flexible at the request of guests staying in the upper room of the room.

8.5. Parties and / or events: No kind of event or party is allowed in the house without the express authorization of the property, in case a party or event is allowed, a 200 € deposit will be requested to cover the possible expenses for damages , cleaning, etc.

8.6. Rooms: It is forbidden to smoke and eat in the rooms, any damage that is caused in them will be paid by the members who stay in the room or charged to the account of the person who made the reservation.

8.7. Young children: In the event that minors are staying, the parents or guardians have to be held responsible for the possible damages that they cause.

9. Security deposit: In the event that some type of deposit is delivered, it will be returned by bank transfer within a period of no more than 5 business days from the departure of the guest, it will never be delivered by hand. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La casa es formidable, muy bien equipada en todas las estancias, cocina, salon, habitaciones, baños, sala de juegos / biblioteca, barbacoa... una calefacción sobresaliente en toda la casa... La piscina no tuvimos ocasión de disfrutarla porque es invierno, pero además de su tamaño, tiene muy buena pinta. El jardín y césped es muy extenso lo que permite disfrutar del exterior, utilizamos la barbacoa, todo perfecto. Situación estupenda, entorno precioso y lo mejor un trato maravilloso y muy amable por parte de los dueños. Disfrutamos de la estancia seis personas y nuestra valoración es de 10. Recomendable al 100%

Estuvimos en la zona para disputar una prueba deportiva y pasamos 6 días maravillosos. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos pero más bonita. La finca es muy grande, posibilitando buscar zonas apartadas de la casa donde poder leer o descansar. Cuando llegas a ella parece que está muy perdida, pero al segundo día compruebas que está apartada lo justo para que nada te moleste y a la vez estar cerca de todo. Además nos proporcionaron rutas para el gps que recortan hasta en 30 minutos los traslados desde el aeropuerto de Vigo hasta la casa. La amabilidad de Gabriel que fue el que nos recibió, ya predecía que la estancia iba a ser una maravilla. Todo fueron atenciones y acciones para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más placentera posible. Gracias Gabriel.

Pros:

Está muy bien comunicada y alejado de cualquier fuente de ruido. Apartada lo justo para poder disfrutar de una tranquilidad plena. Las 3 habitaciones están perfectas y la casa central es una maravilla. Todo muy cómodo y funcional. Repetiremos con certeza en cuanto volvamos a estar por la zona. Recomendable al 100%
