What to do in case of problems during the stay?

Where to dispose of garbage?

To dispose of trash, you will find green bins along the road. If you prefer that we take care of transporting the trash bags to the bins, we can do so for an additional charge of 10€, which will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.

How to use the wood barbecue?

After using the barbecue, please make sure to clean it and leave it in the same condition you found it. If you prefer that we take care of the cleaning, we offer this service for a minimum cost of 15€ per barbecue.

How to contribute to the environment?

At Camu, we value the conservation of the environment. We ask you to turn off the lights when they are not in use to help us save energy and take care of our natural surroundings.

How does the heating work?

In winter, our heating works with a pellet boiler and a timer. If you need additional adjustments, please let us know.

How to use the washing machine?

Our high-efficiency washing machine can handle up to 8 Kg of laundry. Check the clothing labels before selecting the washing program. After washing, you can dry your clothes on the available clotheslines.

How to open and close the entrance gate to the property?

The automatic gate of the property is controlled with the remote control that we provide you at check-in. We recommend keeping it closed to prevent the entry of wild animals.

How are the plants on the property maintained?

Please take a few minutes each day to water the plants in the pots. In addition, our maintenance team performs gardening tasks weekly.

Who is in charge of maintaining the gardens?

We carry out the maintenance of the property and gardens on a weekly basis. We will notify you of the date of the work for your convenience. If you prefer a different date, please contact us.

What to do in case of power outages?

While power outages are rare, we provide candles in the kitchen for such occurrences. If there is a power failure, please check the fuse box in the kitchen and follow the instructions to restore the supply.
